What is an IGA Director?
Directors are women who want to work from home part-time, adding a supplement to their income, while positively impacting their own community.
IGA Directors lead events that empower, motivate, and educate teen girls.
Directorship can create a supplemental income and
help you make your mark on the world.
Meet our Global Directors
Strong women, owning their own part-time business,
while making a powerful impact in their community
We are now accepting applications
for our U.S. expansion!
Our directors will enjoy an empowering, exciting annual training retreat in the mountains of Utah where we will train you on every detail you need to make your assigned geographical region a thriving success. Directors give presentations in the community, facilitate workshops, summer camps, certification program, and a leadership pageant- empowering, educating, and adoring young ladies.
The secret ingredient to our success is that we let the girls lead. We believe leadership is earned and learned through actual leadership. We adults facilitate and step in where they want us to but we let them drive the ship. This is great news for a Director because you don't have to carry the pressure of making things happen on your own. We train you on everything you need to know to instill personal and positional leadership into your girls. You will get training in psychology, mentoring, business, marketing, sales, speaking, etiquette, and of course, leadership. You will have 24/7 support. We will be with you every step of the way.
We can build an international movement together.
Excellent in building rapport with teen girls
Willing to follow our proven model
Calm under pressure
Sense of humor
Flexible and quick-thinking when things go wrong
We will be very selective with whom we choose to be our directors. The process will include an application, a face to face interview over Zoom, and you will need to submit a video resume'. We may even request to meet you in person to ensure our partnership will be a good fit for the Ivy Girl Academy brand.
This is the perfect opportunity for women who want to be home with their kids,
make a significant supplemental income,
and engage in work that truly matters-
work that can shape the future through our incredible youth.
